Project Overview

Mytorahkids Adventure was designed as a bilingual educational game for children with player flows, tutorials, level selection, mini-games, rewards, customization, and multilingual content. The delivered phase reached Level 15 before the client paused further development due to funding constraints.

  • Establish and coordinate the development team.
  • Manage milestones, dependencies, progress, and reviews in ClickUp.
  • Verify deliverables before client presentation.
  • Maintain clear client–team communication throughout delivery.
  • Complete an orderly source-code and asset handover.

Scope delivered

  • Level-by-level Unity development through Level 15.
  • Weekly sprint and progress meetings.
  • Task and dependency tracking.
  • Pre-client QA and rework coordination.

  • Managed timelines, tasks, updates, and deliverables.
  • Broke large requirements into smaller work packages.
  • Tracked design, development, QA, and approval dependencies.
  • Facilitated weekly sprint and progress meetings.

Stakeholder & quality management

  • Acted as the primary point of contact between client and developers.
  • Clarified French client requirements in English for the team.
  • QA-tested deliverables before client presentation.
  • Coordinated feedback, revisions, and re-verification.
  • Planned communication around the client’s availability window.
